AOC Kitchen warranty does not include any damage created by normal wear and tear, accident, negligence, alteration or misuse after delivery/installation, damage to surface coatings caused by cleaning or maintenance using non recommended products or any repairs done by other service person not authorised by OC.

The warranty is transferable for the period outlined under the original warranty.

In the event that a claim is made, and it is established to AOC’s satisfaction that there is a manufacturing defect in any product in breach of the warranty, then AOC will, at its sole discretion, either replace or repair the product at AOC’s premises or onsite.

All our products come with warranties that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Act 2010. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
